Hello everyone,

I am back from my main summer holidays which lasted more or less for about three weeks, all spent within Greece. It was the first summer of my whole life that I did not have a chance to visit any of the beautiful Greek islands. This year, I preferred to see the mainland a little bit more, get to know some places where I'd never been before and refrain from the crowded resorts. It was something different, and I am glad I managed to do it.

I will upload a few pictures soon, because I spent HOURS in means of transport, mostly cars, I never had the chance to take many pictures, but I think I got a couple or two that are worth uploading.

How did you enjoy your summer holidays? I am waiting for your impressions!

The last two years, I have realised how much I love travelling, and how important it is for me to both get to know the world and to miss my home a bit, in order to appreciate it more when I return. I haven't had much travelling experience yet, since I've only been to a few European countries so far, but I plan to see as much as I can and make travelling around the globe one of my main goals in future life.

So, the questions for you are:
- What was your favourite destination so far? The place you liked the most, or had the best experiences from?
- Which one is/are your dream destination(s)?

For me, the best travelling experience so far was definately the recent trip to 3 ex-Yugoslav countries, where I had the chance to meet some people I got to know online and have interesting discussions and tours around Belgrade with them, plus I had a chance to practice my still broken but decent Serbian a little in everyday situations, like in shops, train stations etc.

My dream destinations should be Hawaii, Russia (especially St.Petersburg), The Maldives, Japan and Peru. Some of them are exotic, some are culturally very interesting and some are extremely far. The common thing is that all are very expensive
